I cried tears of joy when I saw my bouquet, seating chart, and reception space. It was more than I could have ever imagined and expected. It was truly something out of a fairytale! Working with Cayna was one of my absolute favorite parts when planning my husband and I’s wedding. She is truly a unicorn of a person! Her passion for flowers and helping others is unmatched. She is a phenomenal communicator, beyond organized, creative beyond belief, talented and lastly one good human. I cannot imagine a more talented, caring, or dedicated person than Cayna to bring my floral vision to life. Throughout 2020, as my husband and I planned our wedding three different times due to COVID cancellations, she helped us choose flowers we loved for a winter wedding—and eventually a beach one—that were equally beautiful and representative of our style. When we finally ended up planning a beach wedding in FL, she used her out-of-the-box creativity to recommend dried flowers that would withstand the trip down and also meld beautifully with the scenery. She took hours to help me choose dried flowers I loved and create the most stunning bridal bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, hair piece, and arrangements for our arch. She packed them carefully for transport, going above and beyond what we had imagined. Moreover, Cayna really takes the time to get to know the couples she works with. While my vision was important, she also took the time to get to know what flowers would make my husband’s wedding day perfect for him as well. Having Cayna by my side made what could have been a stressful and disappointing wedding process this past year both enjoyable and hopeful. I don’t know if i could ever find the words for my how amazing my experience was working with Ensemble Custom Florals. From day one, Cayna was so calm, cool, and collected and was willing to do just about anything. We wanted to have the centerpieces on every table to include an apple pie from my uncles company. She never even hesitated to say YES and came up with the most beautiful design. She brought to life our vision that I didn’t even know how to explain to her. It was like Cayna read our minds and just instantly knew. Cayne was amazing every step of the way. To periodically checking in, texting the whole week of to make sure i was stress free and everything was ready, providing sneak peeks online, taking extra things to set up for us for the reception, and even dropping the bouquets off where we were getting ready to have a first look with them. She gave a mini lesson to all the girls even on how to carry them. WOW. I have so many accolades and praises to sing for Cayna and the absolutely GORGEOUS florals she designed and made for our wedding that I am having a hard time writing this review because I want it to be as perfect as the day she created for us!! Ensemble Custom Floral (Cayna) did the most beautiful job doing the florals for our wedding! She exceeded all of our expectations. I wish I could put into words how the florals turned the space into the wedding venue of my dreams! Cayna was such a delight to work with! She was very quick to respond to questions, guide us in floral planning, and make sure all of our plans came together smoothly! Cayna even was able to adjust her plans last minute to help us turn our ceremony venue into our reception venue. She teaches the bridesmaids how to hold the bouquets so our photos look amazing. Cayna with Ensemble Custom Floral was AMAZING!!! From our very first meeting to the day of the wedding Cayna was so helpful and great with communicating everything. I remember our first meeting I was all over the place and she really helped me narrow down my ideas. From there, she would send me pictures of our ideas so that I could visualize them. Anytime I has questions or wanted to make changes she was the best and always accommodated my changes. One of my favorite things was the week of when she sent me sneak picks of all of our flowers. Then, seeing her put them all together and bring our ideas to life was so amazing! She seriously put together the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. I’ve been thinking about writing this review since my wedding because I’m afraid I wont be able to do it justice. Cayna and her team are absolutely incredible to work with. We could not be happier with our experience with Cayna and her team! Cayna was incredibly communicative with us throughout the whole process. As someone who doesn’t know flowers very well, I wasn’t sure how best to explain my likes/desires, but Cayna was so patient and open to sending photos back and forth to make sure she had a good handle on my style, and my goodness did she deliver! Cayna was also super transparent about costs and budget and worked with me to determine what to cut or keep. I was honestly speechless when the wedding day arrived and there were flowers EVERYWHERE! Cayna is AMAZING. From our initial zoom meeting with her in April, 2021 to the meetings she had with the bride and groom to delivery of her AMAZING bouquets to her decoration of the gazebo under which my daughter and her husband married, she was professional, listened intently, and delivered EXACTLY what the happy couple wanted for their wedding day. They also hired Cayna as their day-of coordinator and that was one of the best decisions they made. Cayna was present all day, completely available to any of us who needed her. She even did some work on the bride’s dress when she discovered that the boning was poking her in the side. Going in to wedding planning in a pandemic it was hard to know what to expect. That paired with having very little idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers outside of something timeless and beautiful I was sure that finding a florist who I could trust would be difficult. I was so lucky to find Cayna and Ensemble Floral. She took my very scattered ideas and created my absolute dream bouquet and floral arrangements at my wedding. She understood what I was looking for when I wasn’t sure how to articulate things and was so kind and wonderful to work with. If I could give 10 stars I would. We could not have asked for a better florist to have at our wedding! Cayna is so incredibly talented and her background in wedding planning was extremely helpful. I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning and she helped with Every. Single. Step. She knew exactly what questions to ask and I immediately trusted her with my vision (a vision I didn’t know I had until she helped me figure it out 😂). She was so creative in finding ways for me to stay within my budget and was very responsive to calls and texts throughout the year because I had no idea what I was doing. She is very detail-oriented and was so attentive to every aspect of our wedding (we got married at a campground and had about 5 acres of land to cover) I’m a perfectionist and somewhat of a control freak and I felt so comfortable with Cayna that in the months leading up to our wedding, I literally threw her the reigns.
