Decor Setup Package – $850

The Decor Setup Package includes:

• Up to 3 hours of meeting/call time to coordinate details prior to the week of the wedding
• Week-of wedding final detail meeting
• Point of contact for all day-of setup details
• Setup of decor
• Setup of all personal items (champagne flutes, cake knife, etc.)

Full Day-Of Coordination Package – $1,750

The Full Coordination Package includes:

• Up to 5 hours of meeting/call time to coordinate details prior to the week of the wedding
• Wedding final detail meeting
• Day-of timeline creation
• Running the ceremony rehearsal
• Coordination of vendors during event
• Point of contact for all day-of details
• Setup of decor
• Setup of all personal items (champagne flutes, cake knife, etc.)
• Ceremony processional organization
• Reception grand entrance organization
• Keep the flow of the day on track
• Help with guest arrival
• Assist with reception cleanup
